Return Policy
- Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be in returned with all of its original tags. To ensure boots don’t show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any hard surfaces or flooring as scuffing may occur. Remove boots using a boot jack or hands, never remove by placing the toe of a boot on the heal of the opposite boot.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of date received.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Make sure the product is in its original packaging.
- Please allow 3 processing days from the time your product reaches our store. As soon as your product reaches our store you will receive an email confirmation.
- If an exchange is requested, please include the exchange information within the package. Exchanges will not be charged a second shipping fee.
